If the first rumors about the Galaxy Note III evoked a possible 6.3 inch screen, a new source close to Samsung suggests that South Korea would focus currently on a diagonal of 5.9 inches for one of its future products. Information that could affect the next model phablet.
Halfway between the smartphone and tablet - hence the name phablet - the Galaxy Note II has a screen diagonal of 5.5 inches, or 14 centimeters. According to a report published by The Korea Times, the next model might have a screen of 5.9 inches (15 cm) is at least one plausible scenarios vis-à-vis this new rumor held by the media an anonymous employee of the firm.
In other words, it is also possible that Samsung is working on another terminal with such a screen diagonal, since the source of the Korea Times gave no details on the respective device. Where the rumor leans towards the Galaxy Note III is in the evocation of the presence of a processor 8-core Exynos 5 Octa inside the terminal, which should effectively equip phablet.
